Mail your payment in the envelope provided with the citation, pay in person at the Finance Division in City Hall, or pay online. Citations not paid by the time indicated on the back of the citation may result in the citation being doubled, a $10.00 fee being added, and the citation being included on the car registration fees. You may contest a parking citation within 21 days of issue.  To request an administrative review call the Parking Enforcement Center at 1.800.654.7275 or fill out a Parking Violation Review Form located at the La Mesa Police Department.
