The City has implemented an online system to manage its construction project bids. Potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may:
- View current projects
- Register as plan holders
- Download plans and specifications
- Receive addendum notices
- Obtain bid results

For firms unable to download, plans and specifications are also available for a fee in printed/hard copy or CD format directly from the Engineering Division at City Hall. Costs, including mailing fees vary with the size of the project and are non-refundable.
